Can't install printer - yellow diamond

Runing iPrint on a 5.1 server updated in March to NW51SP7e. Since then, no
additional printers have been installed but now, when attempting to install,
the browser window display a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in the
lower left corner of the browser window. The printer does not install.

Any ideas?

I am having the same issue except I am on a 6.5 server SP4a. I haven't made
any changes recently. Several systems cannot install new printers from the
web interface but I do have one laptop that works fine. It appears the
iPrint/apache is ok but I have a feeling that a windows update may have
torched something. I did verify that both machines have the same version of
IE and SP but I can't seem to isolate the culprit yet.
t isolate what is different.

Re: Can't install printer - yellow diamond

Well, that fixed one problem - the inability to install the printer. Now,
the same problem exists while viewing the printer queue. I'll try a server
bounce tonight to see if that fixes it not fully understanding the effect of
making the single file change mentioned in the TID
