Can't view queue in Windows 7

Hi All

Windows 7 wkstns, iPrint client 5.32, Netware 6.5SP8 on the server. Printing and installing from windows 7 is working fine, but we have a number of queues with User Hold turned on to minimise accidental printing. Users on XP can view these queues through the printer icon and release their jobs, but windows 7 users get a blank list. Security level is set to low, and staff users are listed as managers of the printers

I've searched a fair bit and can't find anyone with the same problem, so I assume it's a glitch in our system somewhere. Anyone have any ideas where I could start looking?
