Context for printers?

Hi again!
Well, we have some 40 till, maybe, 200 or even more printers. Is reasonable to create in iPrint Appliance eDir separate context(s) for printers or is just ok to place these into iPrintAppliance context?
Any suggestions?
More thanks, Alar.

eDir works well enough with a thousand+ objects in a container/context,
so you have no limit from that perspective.
It is really just an issue of your naming convention and how you want
to arrange your printers as to whether you have other contexts.

Just to note, I haven't played with this appliance in a real
environment yet.

Re: Context for printers?

Hi and thanks!
Yeah, I'm trying along with SLES 11 OES 11 installation to get Appliance to try out. Seems nice.
So, it's ok to proceed and placing (importing, actually, from OES11) printers into default iPrintAppliance context, no need for separate context?
More thanks, Alar.

I don't see a problem from the eDir or regular iPrint perspective, and
not hint of any problem from the bit of Appliance play I've done.
