Custom modify task question

I am creating a custom modify task for some users to use to view/edit
specific attributes on student accounts (Name, account enable/disable,
password expiration, etc). I would like to add the ability to change the
password to this task but when I use the Plugin Editor I can't find that to
add. If I make a Create Task I see Set Password at the top of the list, but
Modify Tasks don't have that availaible - only the attribute list.

I have also noticed that if I use the standard Modify User task and look at
Password Restrictions there is a hyperlink that pops up a new window
running the Set Password task. If there was a way to copy this hyperlink
onto my custom task that would be ideal.

Any ideas?
