Delete from user hold

Hi There

We have User Hold turned on for our printers, and are trying to find a way
to automatically flush unwanted jobs from the queue, each night.

I tried "Retain Job No Longer Than" and "Retain Job For" but they don't seem
to do anything. Are they the right place to be looking and I just have a
broken something, or should I be looking elsewhere?

Re: Delete from user hold

You can run a cron job that stops the manager and then recursively deletes
files in the psm directory *.1 and reload the manager.
