Epson Pro 4880 Driver issues

I can not upload this driver for some reason. I can upload other drivers but this driver will not work for me. I have tried version 662 and 652. I am running windows 7 64 bit. I have logged into iManager with the admin account to insure I have all the rights needed. I have tried this on multiple nodes in the cluster. I have reloaded the broker. I have tried different brokers and nothing I do seems to get any closer to getting this driver installed. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I get this error in the tomcat logs
