Error in iManager

When I use iManager Mobile I get "Oidname.msg file cannot be opened" when I try to manage a printer. It only comes up on the printer control tab, not on any of the others. Any ideas?

What NetWare version and SP level, what iManager version and what Novell client are
you using? Do you have NDPS support installed with the Novell client?

The following are the recommendations and requirements for using the iPrint plugin
on iManager mobile:

- iManager mobile 2.6 or iManager Workstation 2.7
- a recent Novell client with NDPS support installed (4.91 SP2 or later)
- a current iPritn plugin as can be found on download.novell.com
- for iManager workstation 2.7, the iManager startup file needs to be modified as
described in the following TID:
- when using iManager workstation 2.7, you should not include a context in the login
user field
- (recommended) you should log into iManager with the same userid that is currently
logged into the workstation
