Error pulling up Printer info in Iprint Imanager

Anybody ever seen this?

File does not exist: ErrorPage.httCannot load file: ErrorPage.htt.

I get this error in Imanager when pulling up Iprint/NDPS printer objects.
For example when you go via web to clear print jobs as soon as you pull up
the NDPS printer it gives you this error. I've got two printer objects like
this. All the other printers work fine and pull up their info. This pretty
much prevents you from doing anything with the NDPS printer via web.

Thanks,

Jeremy

Re: Error pulling up Printer info in Iprint Imanager

Okay this error is in FireFox. The error I get in IE is simply Error
Reading Printer Control with a lightning bolt. Anybody seen that?

Again, my other printer object work fine.

Thanks,
Jeremy

Since it's only two printers giving the problem, have you tried deleting them
and recreating them?

Re: Error pulling up Printer info in Iprint Imanager

These are installed using NDPS printer management. I wanted to do that as a
last resort, as if I'm not mistaken, every user would get a message that the
printer has been deleted or 'taken offline' and asked if they'd like to
remove it. Am I wrong about that? Is there a way to keep it from
uninstalling and as long as I set the names of the queues back up exactly-I
may not have a problem?

Thanks,

Jeremy

Re: Error pulling up Printer info in Iprint Imanager

So is un-installing the only solution that you see or are you still waiting
on your end for a response?

Thanks,

Jeremy

Uninstall one and see if it solves the problem. That's the best idea I've been
given. sorry....:(
