Error starting driver store

I just installed OES2 linux and am testing it out and ran into my first
problem. I created a driver store in imanager but when I try to start it
it keeps failing I looked in the log I see the following:

Oct 16 12:01:22 WARNING directoryLogin(): Unable to bind to directory
server reading.lionel.com as object CN=lionel_Iprint_driver_store,O=LIONEL
Oct 16 12:01:32 WARNING directoryLogin(): Unable to bind to directory
server 127.0.0.1 as object CN=lionel_Iprint_driver_store,O=LIONEL
Oct 16 12:01:32 WARNING Failed to set idsd configuration information in
directory object(s) specified in configuration file. Retry in 5 seconds...

Any ideas?

Seems you're having some LDAP problem here.
Make sure that your LDAP settings are OK and that
LDAP is up and running on the host you're authenticating to.

Re: Error starting driver store

Any suggestions on how to test this? The ip I put in when I configured ldap
is a netware 6.5.6 server. I just upgraded it to 6.5.7 and edir 8.8.2 but
same results. Since edir installs I assumed that ldap was working. Are there
any command line tools to test ldap?

Thanks

My favorite tool is LDAP Browser which is all JAVA based.
Works just fine on any OS. Please refer to the following TID,
