ErrorCode 500

Hi,

I have been using iPrint for a while and it works really well. I tried to change the iFolder SSL port from 443 which I had to revert but now iPrint doesn't listen on https so secure printing isn't working.

I did a snapshot which was reverted so there should be any changes on the server.

I get this error.

ErrorCode 500
Error message HTTP 500 - Internal server error.

Error group: HTTP
Error Code: 500

Thanks in advanced.

Ah, but the rest of the tree keep living and suddenly had the iPrint
server suddenly has a case of amnesia. Some of those changes may have
been into eDirectory and replicated out.

We start with the basics, look at the Apache error log and see what it
says, also likely that will lead to the TomCat logs for more info.

For us to point you any further than that, we will need to know what
OS&version you are running on.

Re: ErrorCode 500

Hi,

Finally had a change to look at the issue. You were right. It was in the logs. For some reason the user wasn't being found using LDAP. Once I used the FQCN it worked. Not sure why only his username was the issue.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Looks like a LDAP issue I need to look into.
