Exception saving resource print drivers configuration Error 1060004h

Hey guys,

I have a Netware 6.5 sp2 server loaded with the overlay that was just
migrated from 5.1. It did not have iprint or even ndps loaded on it
previously. This client used queue-based printing exclusively. I have
everything up and running, the only problem is that I can't seem to load
any new drivers into the broker using iManager. I get the following error:

Exception saving resource print drivers configuration

NDPS Library Error Category: 1060004h
Other Error: FFFFFC50h

I saw tid 10090590. I made sure i had the latest iprint client on my
laptop as well as the updated files in pcsp11b. I would use NWadmin but i
need to add XP drivers. Any ideas?

You may need to upgrade your RBS collections in iManager. In iManager
go to Configure (icon looks like person at a desk). Then under RBS
Configuration choose Configure iManager. Click the link 'Review before
continuing', then when ready select 'Upgrade Collection' and click
[Next].

Re: Exception saving resource print drivers configuration Error1060004h

I've tried the same thing and still no luck. I do know that I installed
the server OS and all of the product and then subsequently changed the
IP address of the server. Where would these config files be to verify
that all ip address info is right.

Thanks

Re: Exception saving resource print drivers configuration Error 1060004h

Changing the IP address after the fact will definitely mess things up.

Start by checking these files and changing the IP address for the
server:

sys:\etc\resolv.cfg
sys:\etc\hosts
sys:\etc\hostname

If that doesn't fix it, and/or if you are not using DNS, check these
files, as well. If you aren't using DNS, replace every instance of the
server name with its correct IP address.

sys:\apache2\conf\httpd.conf
sys:\apache2\conf\adminserv.conf
