HTTP Error 500

When I click any of the iPrint object to manage logging in iManager as
myself, I got the following error:

Internal Server Error
IPP Error: 0xF01F4
HTTP Error: 500

However, if I log in a user who I used to set up iprint, I do not have
this problem. I followed the following link to troubleshoot:
http://support.novell.com/Platform/Publishing/188/3897348_f.html. But it
does not help.

I would appreciate it very much if someone can give me some advise on
this issue.

Thank you very much!

By the way, we are running iprint on OES 2 Linux 10 sp1 server. iManager
is of version 2.7.

I would guess that the search dn in the iprint_ssl.conf file has an
incorect value. It has a habit of defaulting to o=novell 🙂
Try setting that to your o object, or just removing the last part of the
dn completely.
