ICM on OES Linux

Does anyone have the ICM working on OES Linux? We have it installed but
it will not push or delete printers from the workstations. The profile is
configured at the same OU that holds the user objects. Both the NW and
iprint client are the latest. Printers will install from the ipp page on
the server but with us the less the user has to do the better.

I am just now setting up iPrint on OES Linux in parallel to our existing
combination of iPrint and NDPS on NetWare. I tested iCM on Thursday and it
worked fine. It was necessary to install the latest iPrint client (4.20) on
the workstation, but it worked after that.

I have not tried it on workstations where the user doesn't have admin
rights. However, I did edit the iprint.ini file in
/var/opt/novell/iprint/htdocs to say AllowUserPrinters = 3, which allows
the creation of printers by users who do not have admin rights.

Thanks for the info. Turns out the problem was that the user object had
an ICM configuration in addition to the OU. The user config had the do
not update workstation option selected. Too many cooks in the kitchen
apparently.
