LDAP Import Issue

My iPrint appliance is importing most of my users but there are several that are not showing up. They seem to be random on which don't show up but so far the accounts that are not getting imported are older accounts as well as accounts that start with "M". Any ideas on what I need to look at?

Thanks

Any chance you are using uid for the LDAP attribute for the user's
iPrint name? If so, do the missing users lack the uid attribute?

Re: LDAP Import Issue

Yes I am using UID for the LDAP attribute but am unsure how exactly to find that information out in either ConOne or iManager. I am guessing I may be missing a plugin since the users information really doesn't show uid information that I could see. Can you provide more information on either how to find that or better yet how to add/edit it?

Thanks

Re: LDAP Import Issue

I did find a reference to this in ConOne and was able to add uniqueID in the other tab and have it work to import one that wasn't. I will add the others that are missing this and hope that resolves this. Thanks for the help.

Here's an old Cool Solutions article which discusses how to do this
automatically.
