Multiple iPrint Policies not applying in Zen 7

Previously in zen 4.01 we had multiple iPrint policies applying to
workstations through multiple group memberships. For example we had one main
printer applied to a large group of machines and then another printer
applied to smaller groups within that large group.

Since the upgrade to Zen 7 only one iPrint policy seems to apply. The others
seem to be ignored.

Is this a bug or a feature?
