NDPS Library Error when managing printer

I have a NW65sp5 server that everytime you go to manage a printer in
iManager it comes up with the following error. They print fine just
can't manage them.

Exception reading printer control

NDPS Library Error Category: 100000Dh
Other Error: 8915h

Any ideas?

Re: NDPS Library Error when managing printer

What platform are you running iManager on?

- the same NetWare server that is running NDPS/iPrint?

- a different NetWare server?

- a different server OS?

- iManager mobile on a workstation?

You should be aware of the following requirements to be able to manage
iPrint through iManager:

iPrint running on NetWare can only be manged through one of the following
2 types of configurations:

1) iManager running on a NetWare server with iPrint/NDPS installed (iPrint
doesn't need to be loaded, but has to be installed)

2) iManager mobile running on Windows with a recent Novell client
installed with NDPS support and a recent iPrint client.
It is important to have both NDPS and iPrint support installed on the
client. NDPS will be used for the DLLs that are needed to communicate with
the server and iPrint will be used for driver uploading.

Re: NDPS Library Error when managing printer

As I said in my other message it is running on NetWare 6.5 Service Pack 5
and there is only one server. I connect to that server with a browser
from a WinXP workstation and run iManager. I was able to setup the
printers a few months ago and everything was fine. Now I cannot manage
them because as soon as I select a printer to manage the first page that
loads gives this error.

Re: NDPS Library Error when managing printer

Problem fixed. I had to recreate the broker object. It looked ok but
the Resource Management was not working.

I have iPrint installed on a NW6.5 SP7 Cluster. I don't have replicas on the cluster servers. I don't have iManager installed on the Cluster servers. It worked in the past, but now when I try to install a printer and then modify it, I have errors messages like NDPS Library Error: A0009h. Been through a lot of different TIDs and forums to find a solution, but none of them have resolved this.

Call novell?

Re: NDPS Library Error when managing printer

Did you ever find a solution to this issue? As we are experiencing the smae thing but we do have replicas on both nodes in the particular cluster that is having the issue in regards to iPrint. Same version of Netware as you and same error.

I'm fighting with the same problem 2 days . This problem came with no reason - no changes on server during last half year was performed. And after one prevent restart iprint gives this messages.

I have:
-1server NW65SP7, 1broker 1 printer manager, 2 network printers
I tried :
- restart server
- recreate broker, print manager and printers
- all patches applied (exept SP8, but there is no about solving problem like this so )
All these wit h no success

I also tried remove Iprint and install again , and this step has best results. created broker, print manager , all OK , and it is possible to manage all, but when i uploaded printer drivers through imanager 2.7.0 - the same situation -
NDPS library error 100000dh , other error 8915h

I thing I have read all tips - because there i repeated 4 tips... Do yo
