NDPSM latest client events

Hello,

We see in the NDPS Manager health within the the latest client events
the following messages:

9-03-07 10:27:57 , Operation: Add Notification Profile Type 2, Service
Error: Notification Service Returned an Error [1000008, -828, -1217],
Username
Address (IP address workstation client)
Objectname (Printername)
9-03-07 10:27:57 , Operation: Add Notification Profile Type 2, Security
Error: Insufficient Rights,
Username
Address (IP address workstation client)
Objectname (Printername)

Any idea what these messages mean? Can't find it anywhere.
