Name/Driver Update - Unknown cause

We're running OES11 SP2 and today I moved a new printer from the root OU to the iPrint OU.

In ZENworks, I checked the box to update drivers. I only pushed that printer to our mobile carts, but EVERY computer in the district said something had changed so it was updating the printer.

Why did this happen? How can I prevent this from happening in the future?

I'm not sure if my move caused it, or the ZENworks policy. Since I only assigned to specific groups of machines, why did EVERY computer have this issue?

The printers all seem to recover, but it also uses the defaults for the network copiers, so it's resetting them to default codes for everyone and those have to be changed to their codes for Private Print.
