Novell Gateway for Netware 6.5

I am trying to setup a HP8000 printer via JetDirect print server to a
netware 6.5 SP5 server. I created the Broker, NDPS Manager and loaded the
broker.nlm and ndpsm.nlm on the server. However, when I create create the
printer object and on the gateway type, I choose Novell Gateway as the hp
site said they stopped the support of the HP gateway.

My question is how do I enable Novell Gateway on my server and if there is
any configuration required on the JetDirect print server.

Thanks

Just define the printer as an LPR or port 9100/raw printer.

In addition to what Anders said, if you choose the LPR option, then make
sure you enter "raw" as LPR name (the place where the default value of
"passthroigh" is suggested.
