Print job Aborts

We are having intermittent problems where a user can't print to a particular printer but can print to other printers. We have tried two different IPrint clients and that didn't help. If you try to print a test page, you get a message saying it can't be printed as soon as you click on the test page button. The iprint document status comes up as aborted.

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Print job Aborts

typically this happens if the driver has some issues (not configured correctly, missing print processors, port monitors,...). Can you try a Postscript or PCL driver instead and see if the problem resolves itself.
