Printer Driver Profile and Konica c350

Have a Konica Minolta c350 printer
Can not create a Printer Driver Profile for this printer.
The creation starts OK, but when I hit OK to leave the first part and go
to the next (Printing Defaults) does it hang.
I'm using the PCL5c v.1.1 driver as it is the only one showing the FS-601
Option that I have.
Have also tried the PCL6 and PS drivers - can create PDP but have not the
necesary option.

Send a zipped copy of the drivers to probello@novell.com and she can get
them to the iprint folks who will look at it. OR where did you get the
drivers from the web???

Re: Printer Driver Profile and Konica c350

A Tips from Mike de Laat, NL, That had the same problem :

1: Create a Driver Profile and Click Cancel twice when the Driver settings
come up.
2: Select in iManager: Modify Driver Profile and when you see the C350
driver options select Cancel.
3: Then switch to the Windows Configuration Menu: Printer & Fax
Configuration Window. (start>Set up>Printers &Faxes>)
4: There you see a "iPrint-Driver-Profile-HiddenPA on <Servername>". Then,
if you select the Properties of this "hidden" driver you can select the
options you have in the C350 machine (right-most Tab menu) and click OK.
The OK button stays selected with an hour glass. (Don't worry. ;-))
5: Go back to the Driver options window which was openend by iManager (IE6
Device Window in the Start-bar) and press OK At the Setup screen. Now the
driversettings are being read from your workstation.
6: Go back to the Novell iManager in IE6 and Select Next and OK
7: Now associate this profile with your iprint Printer and install through
the ipp printer page
8: Voila. The C350 options are included when the driver installs.
