Printer Names and Locations Truncated

I got a weird one (even for our environment)!!! This morning I had
users calling stating that they could not print. Upon investigation, it
appears as though some of the printer names and locations have been
truncated on the iPrint web page. In addition, some of the gateway load
strings have been truncated as well.

Can anyone shed some light on this? They were all working properly on
Friday and no changes have been made to this server in months.

Could you describe exactly what you see or maybe even post a screen shot? Also, what OS and supprt pack level is your iPrint running on?

Unfortunately I have already deleted and recreated the affected
printers. Basically what I saw on the iPrint selection page was "DC-2 -
Conf" where it should have read "DC-2 - Conference Room - HP8550".
Approximately 12 of my printers had this occur.

The eDirectory object was still named correctly, only the name used to
connect to the printer was changed. In addition, the gateway connection
string was messed up as well.

I have iPrint running on an OES2 server. No SP1-beta.
