Printer authentication failed

Dear Iprint Forum
I am running NW6.5sp6 using iPrint for about 20 printers. All WinXP pc's have iprint client 4.26 or higher. All printers are setup up with medium security and non-SSL. In a student lab environment, occassionally a print job will hang the printer. I'm trying to make it such that a teacher can open up the printer dialog box in Windows, see the job that is hung, and then delete it. Upon doing so, however, the teacher is prompted with an authentication box. No combination of username and/or passwords, works. Even myself with operator and manager roles to the printer does not work. What am I not doing or doing wrong? Thanks very much, John.

unless you are the one that created the print job, you can not delete the printer. Otherwise you will be challenged to enter a credential that is an LDAP credential.
