Printer state: Gateway other problem ...

Under manage printer we get this error @ various times around the district.
We have NW65. What seems to solve the problem is if we shut down the
printer (via imanager) and start the printer back up.

Gateway Other Problem: Gateway operation suspended until PA is shutdown and
restarted. Possible cause:

OK. There are several NDPS fixes in 4a. Have you considered it?

Use Imanager 2.5 with the snapins for iPrint and check the load string for
the printer via Gateway "tab/drop menu" depending on which browser you are
working.
This is most likely what you will see:
NDPSGW PORT=RAW HOSTADDRESS=155.238.22.247:9100
Remove the :9100 click apply - shut down the agent and start it back up.
Should sort the problem - cause of this is still unknown.

Please report back if this does not solve your problem.
