Printer will not delete

It is very sporadic, but when a user tries to delete a printer on a Win7 32-bit computer, the printer reappears a few minutes after it was deleted.

Initially, the printer is gone from the list, but when you try to re-installed it, it says "printer already installed". Go back and look and sure enough, the printer is back.

Iprint 5.32.

After you delete the printer, restart the print spooler. Then check to see if it is really gone. Is this happening only for specific printer agents?

Two different printers so far. An HP and a Xerox. Not happening on all Win7 computers either that they are installed on either.

Might be a good idea to try the newest iPrint client 5.50.

NOVELL: Downloads - iPrint Client for Windows XP/Vista/Win7 5.50

I've also seen this once on a Windows 7 Pro 64-bit machine. Rebooting the computer allowed for the deletion; I didn't try restarting the spooler.

This was with client 5.42.
