Problem with HP LJ1320

We are currently running iprint on OES Linux. Everything works fine except for our 1320 printers that once every 2 to 3 weeks, go into a kind of error mode (all the leds on the printer light up) and the only option is to power cycle the printer to make it work. Then everything works fine for another 2 to 3 weeks. I added the NOSNMP to the configuration line but it doesn't seem to help solve the issue.

Thanks,

Antonio

Re: Problem with HP LJ1320

What SP are you on? If you are not on SP2 yet, you should consider
upgradign to SP2.
Also, what protocol are you using to access your printers? LPR or RAW? You
might try switching the protocol.
