Problem with iPrint in iManager

Hello all.
My problem is:
1. I have a netware server 6.5
2. I have installed SP3 and a bit later SP4
3. Now I need to make some change of configuration of NDPS
I opened iManager, seleted iPrint, selected my broker or my ndps manager
or any printer, property page didn't open, instead important information I
saw a error message "Information can not be read" or "information doesn't
present in eDir" and etc
4. I have read a lot of TIDs and other comments about this error, however
a haven't repaired it till now.
5. The same situation happends in the CIFS,FTP and NFS page, information
can't display.
Do you have any ideas what should I do in this situation?

Problem with iPrint in iManager

At least with iPrint, iManager has multiple mechanism at its disposal to
get information. Some of the pages in iManager are strictly DS
information. Other pages are specific to the Broker or PSM, in which
case these use RPC and the Print library to bind and communicate.

The scenario you are describing would indicate an issue with eDirectory.
Especially since you see this same problem exhibited with other
products. I would check your eDirectory health and synchronization,
make sure that NDS/eDirectory is healthy and time is in sync...

Problem with iPrint in iManager

Of course you are right, the problem is not only in iPrint.
I had the same problem then I tryed to modify any eDir object. The message
was "The system encountered an unknown error. Please contact Novell
Support.
".
However the health of eDir is good now, i have chacked it and it was 365
errors of incorrect modification time. Sync of time is good too.
Have you got any other ideas what should I check now?

Re: Problem with iPrint in iManager

So even after eDir is healthy, you are still having the problems???

Do you have RBS set up, or are you running unrestricted mode??

It might be a problem with the iManager configuration...

Have you noticed the logger screen on the server you are running iManager
from, sometimes this gives some insight...
