Trying to install a driver in Resource Management Service

When I click the button (Add From File) to install a new driver nothing
happens. I look down in the left corner of my web browser "IE 6" and see
"Error on Page". Has anyone experienced this?

Try uninstalling KB912812 (Microsoft Security Patch from last week)
