Upgrade / Migrate iPrint NW6SP5 to NW65SP5

I was under the impression it was not possible to upgrade from older versions of NetWare to newer versions and have all printing functions migrate simply. I was under the impression we would need to remake all brokers, managers, and print objects once the OS migration was complete. Can anyone tell me if this is true or if there is a TID I've missed about moving the printers?

AFAIK either an inplace upgrade or an across the wire migration will
preserve NDPS intact. What was it gave you the impression this was not so?

I did an inplace upgrade from NW6 (can't remember what SP I was on) to
NW65SP4, and all the printing was intact. However after the upgrade I
started having crazy issues where printers would stop randomly in the
middle of a print job. You could print the same document multiple times,
and have it stop at different places each time. These were HP printers
using the now unsupported HP NDPS gateway. After moving to the Novell
gateway those issues went away.

I thought I remembered reading that you would have to remake everything as part of the documentation for the migration wizard.

Well let us know if you find the specific reference you are recalling,
but AFAIK there is no such need.
