Vista Spooler Stopped Working after installing Novell iPrint

I have Vista Business installed on my machine. After installing and configuring successfully Novell iPrint, it started to work correctly in the office and print at the color HP 3550 printer.

However, when I am disconnected from the office, like working at home, the moment I started my Windows Vista, I receive a "spooler subsystem app stopped working and was closed". The printer folder in the control panel is empty and cannot print from my machine during this time.

How can we solve this?

I resolved the problem by upgrading to iPrint v5.12. Thanks.
