Why is there no Win 10 folder for the iPrint client?
On an OES 2018 server, when going to /var/opt/novell/iprint/htdocs/clients, we see a Win 7 and Win 8 folder but no Win 10 folder? Should we use the client in the Win 8 folder for a Windows 10 machine?
Also, when doing a file compare between the Win 7 x86_64 folder and the Win 8 x86_64 folder, there doesn't appear to be any difference. Can I use the same client on Win 7, Win 8 and Win 10 x86_64 machines?
Thanks,
dan

I use the same client for Win7 and Win10 with no issues. I don't know
what the official word is, but I assume they are the same.

I kind of thought so too, but would it be too much to have them say that, in which case why have the redundant folders?

Yes they are the same. It's been a while since I last played with
iPrint so I'd have to fire up a test server to check how/where
the iPrint Client is served for Windows 10 clients.

We use the win-8 folder to pull the Win10 client. Not sure why engineering has never added a win-10 folder. Maybe someday? As far the nipp.exe being the same, that is correct. The install detects the OS and installs the iPrint client accordingly. Hope this helps.

Yes, that does help. Thanks. It would be definitely less confusing if they just had a single install folder since the files are the same.
