XP sp3 and NDPS printers

LS.
We have several Windows XP sp3 workstations where the NDPS printers are NOT
being installed.
All workstations have Novell client 4.91 sp4.
Other workstations with XP sp2 with same Novell client have no problem.
please advise.

Please explain "are not being installed".
Does that mean you are using the RPM feature to automatically install printers and it doesn't work? OR does manually installing NDPS pritners not work?

Do the new workstations with XP sp3 have the NDPS client installed?

They have the NDPS client installed.
In the mean time we update the Netware server with SP7.
My question, is more, is it needed to update WinXP (sp3) with the newest
Novell client (4.91 SP5)?

Regards,

Well, it is not needed, but if you want to take advantage of the bug
fixes, you may want to install it.

Reason for the question, is that we installed several new pc's at a client
with Netware 6.5 (sp7) working with Novell client version 4.92 (sp2). The
client has 8 NDPS printers, but one printer is NOT installed. The older pc's
have no problems, all NDPS printers are available.
At new pc's we can add the NDPS printer and the users can print.
I even deleted the registrey key for this NDPS printer, but still no show.
I cannot see what is different with this NDPS printer. On the Netware side
nothing is changed.

You should upgrade to SP5, or short of that, install the following patch:

In fact, with a certain update for XP, the ability to install NDPS
printers on some workstations fails. The patch above, or SP5 fixes that
problem.

Thanks for the advise.
I've updated on one pc the Novell client to SP5, but that hasn't solve the
problem.
The NDPS printer was still missing. I don't know if I must first remove the
Novell client and then perform a installation (with SP5)? Now I've updated
the existing client (sp2) to sp5.
Or must I delete manually (NDPS) registry entries?

I think you still owe me a clearer description of your problem. I still don't know how exactly your problem shows. Don't you see installed NDPS pritners, or does installation of new NDPS printers fail or do NDPS pritners that you want to install simply not show up as installable?
Please give me a step by step description of what exactly you do, what you see and what you expect to see.
