a problem with iprint admin rights on iPrint 1.1 appliance

Hello all,
I use rbs to create a role for iprint admin. The rbs is based on imanager 2.x collection, has the roles of directory administration, groups, help desk, iprint, rights and users and the scope is the ou of the printers.
When the person associated with this role tries to read the drivers configuration of some printers, she get an error message 'exception reading drivers configuration, iprint lib error: 0xb00001'.
I checked her rights on those printers and it seems she doesn't have supervisory on entry rights. But, I was under the impression that the rbs is doing all the rights management.
On other printers all is fine, probably because she created them.

Am I missing anything?
