client compatability after OS/iprint upgrade

Our iprint server has been neglected in terms of OS upgrades and is still running oes11sp2. I want to upgrade to oes2015sp1 where all are other servers are at (I know 2018 is available) , but am concerned about client compatibility once this is completed. My workstations appear to be running iprint client 6.02. Is there anything I need to be concerned about immediately after the upgrade in terms of running the 6.02 client with the updated server ? Just need to make sure people can print after the upgrade before we roll out a newer client.
