does not print multi page document

Setting up iPrint and so far OK except I can't print multiple page
documents. The system just hangs. I can select just to print 1 page at a
time and it prints the full document OK.
We have NW65 SP3. iPrint client 4.16, NWclient 4.90sp2.
Running XP Pro, SP2.
I go the fix from Microsoft KB884897, from TID10070383. Installed this
following the steps listed.
Apply MS update, reinstall the 4.16 iPrint client and then reinstall the
iPrint printer.
Still can't print a multi page document.
I can print more than one copy of a 1 page document.
Any ideas would be appreciated!
Thanks,
judy

What application are you printing from? Are you using ShortName from the
iprint.ini (keeping name < 31 characters)?

Re: does not print multi page document

I looked at the iprint.ini and I was mistaken. It is set as Default.
When I try to print from Adobe Acrobat, the light blinks on the printer. The
message displays 'the iPrint document has printed successfully' but nothing
prints.
In Word, the little printer appears at the bottom of the screen for page 1,
like it is sending it to the printer. Nothing prints, the printer light
doesn't flash and no iPrint message.

Re: does not print multi page document

Resolved problem.
I had a Postscript driver installed.
Deleted it and the printer.
Installed the PCL6 driver, recreated the printer, installed the printer on
my workstation and everything prints OK.
I printed 3+ page documents with no problem.
