edit ndps database

Hi,

I've got an unknown printeragent and can't delete it. So is there a way to
delete the PA from the ndps database? A restore from eDir or backup is not
an option because after the PA became unknown a lot (+/- 40) of new PA's
have been created.

Cheers,

Re: edit ndps database

If you go to the ndps manager, can you see the agent under the printer
agent list, if so, you can delete it here.

Re: edit ndps database

Thanks, but i knew that one, only this printer (an unknown) will not be
deleted. It's giving a -812 error (TID10085626). So i'm looking for an
other way to edit the managers .dat file.
