how to change Accepted iPrint URL(s) for printers

I have setup my NW65 server to have public access to web services, and
everything is working in virtual office except for installing printers
from outside our network. I finally found that in the Accepted iPrint URL
(s) setting on each printer, the private IP address is in there. How do
I change this IPP address to reflect the public IP address of the server,
but not affect the fact that everyone on the LAN will be printing to the
printers on the private side through NDPS?

Thanks,

how to change Accepted iPrint URL(s) for printers

I actually have a very similar question - did you ever get an answer to
your question?
I have found that using list of iPrint printers (the default way of
showing iPrint printers) it includes the IP address for the URL, ie.
ipp://172.16.32.66/ipp/L117-hp2500. However, I have also setup the map
to install iPrint printers. Installing it that way installs the printer
with the url ipp://www.cisnetworking.net/ipp/L117-hp2500. The first way
obviously does not work outside the building while the second way
obviously does. I am wondering how to get the list of printers to
install the same way as the printer map does....

Re: how to change Accepted iPrint URL(s) for printers

Same here----

My exact problem.

You can change the ipp urls in a map to do the printers, setting it to the
external address works fine, but a
map does not have the printer status functionality in it.

How do you change the accepted URL in imanage or wherever? Putting the
external address in there would
fix my problem.

And while I am at it, why do you HAVE TO HAVE dns on netware running for
resolution? I've tried adding names
to HOSTS, to my windows dns server, etc, no luck in resolving in iprint
printer manager. Everything else resolves these ways, why is printer
manager so brain dead?
