iManager issue

We're having a problem with iPrint/iManager; when I try to manage a
printer using the relevant task in the iPrint role, I get the error
message "Attribute could not be found: Printer Agent Name", with a
corresponding Java error on the server's logger screen. All the other
tasks in the role work fine - I can manage brokers, managers, RPM configs,
just not printers! I've tried re-installing the iPrint NPM without any
success. Can anyone suggest anything else? all servers have iManager
2.5, with version 2.2.0 of the iPrint plugin installed.

Thanks,
Ian.

iManager issue

> The printer did not get created successfully. The attribute "Printer
Agent Name" in NDS for that printer does not exist. Either recreate the
printer or add this attribute to the NDS attribute. This was a print
manager (ndpsm.nlm) problem that was fixed.

Thanks! Re-creating the printer agent didn't work, but manually adding
the attribute did.

Well, that suggest your server is still running the problem version of
NDPSM.NLM. You probably better update your server or you might get the
same problem again when you create new printers.
