iPrint Authentication issue

If I have only one or two end users experiencing an error where iPrint
wants them to authenticate and they are unable to do so successfully is
the solution to uninstall just iPrint or am I suppose to uninstall both
iPrint client and the Novell Client?

Uninstall iPrint should be enough. I don't see how the Novell client would
be involved here.
