iPrint DDNS
Just wanted to check if there was ever a change to the way iPrint works with
DNS/DDNS. Last time I checked (NW kernel), iPrint resolves the hostname
until it gets an IP address and then sticks with that IP address. It does
not periodically check to see if the IP address changed and then repoint the
printer to the new IP address. End result is that one has to manully
shutdown/startup printer agents in iPrint to get the printers to work after
DDNS changes.
Thank you

I remember having dicussed this issue with Novell many years ago. I will
ping them to see if there has ever been any enhancement in behaviour in
NetWare or Linux. For NetWare, I doubt however that there has ever been
any change.

That would be great. I should have stated that OES/Linux was the focus of
the question.
Thanks Marcel !
