iPrint ICM installation issues

I have followed the instructions in the iPrint ICM installation document
and the end result is that the schema has been extended, iManager shows
that the iPrint for Netware NPM has been installed.

The only problem is that the iPrint Client Management task does not exist.

I have tried this on three different test trees/servers.

What am I missing?

Re: iPrint ICM installation issues

After you install "iPrint Plug in for netware" in your iManager, you have to
do:
1. restart Tomcat4
2. Update RBS under iManager. iPrint need to be upgrade from there.

I did the restart of Tomcat, exactly how do I update the RBS? I thought
that it was automatic.

After lgoin iManager,
Config --> Role Base Services --> RBS Configuraiton, under iManager 2.x
Colletcions, you will find out one item list there, might be you can find
sth. "Out of date", click the link there, and you might find out iPrint plug
