iPrint Manager error after SP4a service pack - Netware 6.5

I'm unable to load or view any drivers on existing or new printers. I
get the following error.

Exception reading manager information

Service Error: Unclassified server error
Service Other Error: FFFFFFFF
Service Other Error2: 0
Object Identification: .academic_print_manager.AcademicComputi

I am also unable to mange the print manager via iManager. It gives me
the same error.

All printers are still working fine, but I can't update drivers, or add
new printers.

Any Ideas?

Try shutting down tomcat and restarting and see if that makes a difference. Also is there some action that is triggering the error?

Also do you have any of your printers with security HIGH?

I've restarted Tomcat and that didn't help. I went back to an early
version of ndpsm.nlm and that didn't help. I fully re-installed iprint
and iManager, but that didn't work either.

Everything else in iManager is working fine. When I try to manage the
print manager within iManager and click on Printer Agents it gives me
this error.

Also, when I try to manage a printer within iManager and click on
Drivers, I'll get this error.

No printers are on High Security

Are you running iManager on the same box that the iPrint Manager is running on? Do you have IPX bound on this server? We have seen an issue where it was causing the same behavior......
