iPrint/NDPS with Windows Server 2008R2

I think I already know the answer to this, but is there a way to install NDPS directly on a Windows 2008R2 server and use iPrint without having OES running somewhere else?

Once the iPrint appliance is released (currently slated for 3Q13) you
can use iPrint with just that--no OES required. In fact you'll even be
able to leverage iPrint in an otherwise pure Windows/AD environment at
that point.
