iPrint auditing not working for one printer

I have auditing enabled for 3 of our printers. When I look at the
reports, one of the printers (Ricoh Aficio 1045) does not contain a page
count for each job printed. The other 2 printers (both HP) do. Does
anyone know what could cause this? Is it a driver issue with the Ricoh
possibly? I'd really like to get this up and working so that we can start
auditing users and how much they print, and since the Ricoh is used the
most, it's the one I really need working. Any advice would be great
yappreciated. Thanks.

We would like to look at the data being submitted to this printer and see
if our auditing software is missing something. If you can pause the PA,
submit a job to it and then grab the data file and send it to us we could
take a look at it. Please send the data file to bdahneke@novell.com with
a description of the printer and problem.

Ok, 2 questions:
- Do I pause the input or the output on the PA?
- Then where do I find the data file of the submitted printout?

Thanks.

Ok, I got this working. First I had to change the driver to PCL since
RPCS is not supported by iPrint. After that though I noticed the page
count was actually double what it should be. With the help of a
developer, I updated my NDPSM.NLM file to the SP4 version (we are running
SP2 still) and the page count was correct.
