iPrint error

Hi all: Windows 7 is consistently logging this error:

We are running Windows 7 SP1 64-bit, Novell Client 2 SP3, ZCM client 11.2.4 and iPrint 5.94.
Any ideas what is causing this? How to fix?

It appears that in the past few days you have not received a response to your
