iPrint iManager problem
Issues are being experienced when managing printers (iprint management) via imanager. This started after iprint migration. (NW to Linux)
- The first issue is that from time to time, when logging into ipp001 and ipp002 ( mostly on ipp001), iprint role is missing for those people who are members of this role. Switching to the other server ( either ipp002 if you were logged in ipp001, or vice versa) solves the issue.
- The second issue is access issue. After one has successfully logged into iManager, he/she can not perform any printer administration task. When trying to perform a task the error message is displayed :' you do not have rights to perform the task". logging out and logging in again seems to solve the issue.
Any tips/tricks/help?
