iPrint printer install cancelled by user
I have at least two computers running Vista that when they try to install the drivers for a Xerox 7655 printer/copier it gives a message that the "operation was canceled by the user". Here are a few other details:
I am located 300 miles away from the server where the drivers are located and the printer is located and I can install the printer on my Vista computer without any problems.
The tech at the location can successfully install other iPrint printers to the computers in question from the same server.
We have a limited number of Vista machines deployed and he has not found one at his location that will install this printer successfully.
Any help and suggestions would be appreciated.
