iPrint printer to FQDN instead of IP

I must have changed things and not realized it. I use to have my printers install using the FQDN as the address. Now when they install or I attempt to use iPrint mobile I see only the IP address making it impossible to use the Mobile app to printer outside of my domain. Anyone have an idea as to what setting I changed or is needing to be changed on the server?

Thanks

Take a look at the printer manager object, is it bound to an IP instead of DNS?
