iPrint status problem in iManager

Hi All,

We have iPrint Server version 6.7.0 and for two days there is problem. Even the deamon is running on iPrint server, when it is looked from iManager, the service seems 'down' and noone can get any print. After restart the service within few minutes, the case repeats itself.

Are there anyone who've met this problem before?

The software versions are as follows:

novell-iprint-iprntman-wrapper-1.0.0-32.4
novell-iprint-migration-6.7.0.20131030-0.5.23
novell-iprint-client-6.7.0.20140702-0.5.1
novell-iprint-iprntman-6.7.0.20140611-0.5.1
yast2-novell-iprint-2.14.10-0.5.315
novell-iprint-server-6.7.0.20140612-0.5.4
novell-iprint-management-6.7.0.20140612-0.5.4

Does ipsmd use 100% of CPU? If so then check this TID: https://www.novell.com/support/kb/doc.php?id=7015475

The above package versions suggest your server is running OES11 SP2 - is
that correct?

Thank you Thomas. CPU utilization was %100 and we disable auditing as if in TID. Now it seems life is normal. I guess soon there will be a patch.

I believe they have found the root cause and that they are working on a fix so most likely the issue will be fixed in one of the upcoming patches in the near future.
