iPrint v4.26+HP Color Laserjet 3550

Hello,

I am having troubles getting iPrint to work with an HP Color Laserjet 3550, all documents are printing but the documents will not print in color. I have double checked that I am using the correct driver, and I have even re-uploaded the driver just to make sure that was not the problem.

Any Ideas would be appreciated!

cgrossko,

What if you bypass iPrint just for a test, and install the printer on a
test workstation. Set it up using standard tcp/ip printing and use the
driver that you uploaded to iPrint. Does it work then?

I have tested it with a direct connection and it seems to be working. I will try to upload the driver again. I'll post results when I have them. Thanks for the help!

cgrossko,

OK, be sure to delete the old driver from the broker first, before
uploading it again. You might also wanna try recreating the printer to be
absolutely sure it uses the correct driver.
